Hotel Villa Lauretta offers its visitors, in addition to comfortable accommodation and relaxing wellness packages, also a comprehensive offer of medical stays for 6 nights or more. You can choose a complex treatment offer with 12 or 18 procedures per week per person. The stay also includes an initial consultation with MUDr. Natalja Lapina, who has been working in the field of spa care in Karlovy Vary for over 20 years.

Accommodation is possible on the day of arrival from 14:00 and on the day of departure it is possible to use the room until 11:00. Pets are not allowed. A photo ID must be presented upon arrival.
Cancellation Conditions
The reservation can be canceled no later than 7 days before arrival until 15:00 free of charge. 6-1 day prior arrival, cancellation fee is 50% of the total price of stay. In case of later cancellation, a fee of 100% of the ordered services is charged.
Payment and guarantee
The reservation is only valid if the data of a valid payment card is provided as a guarantee of cancellation fees. Payment for accommodation is provided by bank transfer at least 7 days prior to arrival.
Children and extra beds
0-2years: free, cot on request
3-11 years: EUR 20 per person per night
12 years+: EUR 50 per person per night
An extra bed can only be placed in the Deluxe and Junior Suite categories.
Parking
For an additional fee, it is possible to park in a limited number of parking spaces directly at the hotel (max. 3 cars). Our reception will guide you to other parking options in the area.
The price does not include the city fee of CZK 50 per person per day. Payment is made on the day of arrival at the reception desk.
